Texas-Midland Man Found Dead Following Oilfield Accident

According to the Midland County Sheriff's Office, a body was found at the area of County Road 170 and 1110 around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning.
At the scene deputies found a man in his 20's, identified as Paul Stuart.
An investigation of the scene revealed that Stuart had been working alone on a spool of cable on a drilling rig when he was pulled into a winch.
Midland County officials say their investigation into the death is complete. OSHA is currently investigating the death.
